The Tokelau One Ounce Brilliant Uncirculated Silver Coin was inspired by the Greek mythological Goddess Europa, after which Europe was named.  According to Greek mythology, Goddess Europa was one of the many romantic interests of Zeus. To protect himself and Europa from the wrath of his wife, Zeus changed form into a white bull and swam Europa to the island of Crete.
